Refund & Cancellation Policy (No Refund Policy)

1. No Cancellation Policy

All services purchased on our website are non-cancellable. Once a payment is made, the service starts processing immediately and cannot be cancelled.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any successfully completed/processed service, including:

  • Vehicle information reports
  • RTO data lookup
  • Any digital information service delivered through the website/app

Once the report/data is generated or displayed to the user, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions (Only in Special Technical Cases)

Refunds will be issued only under the following rare technical situations:

  • Payment deducted but service not delivered: If your payment is charged but you do not receive the service due to technical failure.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service.

In these cases, after verification, we will either deliver the service or issue a refund for the failed/duplicate transaction.

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Any payment-related technical issue may also follow Razorpay’s policies.

6. Changes to Policy

This policy may be updated anytime. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
